Struggling with meltdowns, constant movement, or big emotions at home? You’re not alone.
I help parents of children ages 6–12 understand the sensory and neurological reasons behind challenging behavior so they can reduce meltdowns, support emotional regulation, and create a calmer home environment.
Through this program, you’ll learn the “why” behind your child’s behavior and gain practical tools to support their regulation with confidence. Instead of feeling confused or overwhelmed, you’ll have clear strategies that help your child feel understood and supported.
You’ll also become part of a supportive community of parents who truly understand the journey, where you can feel heard, encouraged, and empowered as you build a calmer, more connected home.

Introducing:Â The Calm Child Blueprint
Start seeing your child’s behavior in a whole new way. You’ll learn how to decode what your child is really trying to communicate—so you can respond with clarity instead of confusion.
Step into your child’s sensory world and finally understand what’s overwhelming, what’s calming, and why. You’ll learn how to spot patterns and triggers so you can support your child before things escalate.
When emotions run high, it can feel overwhelming—for both of you. In this module, you’ll learn what’s really happening during meltdowns and how to support your child’s nervous system with calm and confidence.
Ever wonder why “simple” tasks feel so hard for your child? You’ll uncover how your child’s brain manages tasks, transitions, and impulses—and learn how to make daily expectations feel more manageable.
Build your go-to toolkit for real-life situations. You’ll walk away with practical, personalized strategies to help your child stay regulated at home, school, and out in the world.
Your calm presence is more powerful than you think. Learn how to co-regulate with your child in the moment, prevent escalation, and turn challenging moments into opportunities for connection.
Meltdowns don’t have to feel unpredictable or out of control. You’ll learn how to prevent them, respond effectively when they happen, and confidently guide your child back to calm.
Small changes can make a big difference. You’ll learn how to create a home environment and daily routines that naturally support your child’s regulation—so life feels smoother and less stressful.
Feel confident speaking up for your child’s needs at school and beyond. You’ll learn how to advocate effectively while building strong, collaborative relationships with teachers and professionals. Â
Whether your child is constantly on the move or tends to withdraw, you’ll learn what’s driving these behaviors. Discover how to support both high-energy and shutdown moments in a safe, structured way. Â
It’s not just about your child—it’s about the whole family. Learn how to manage stress, support siblings, and create routines that bring more calm, connection, and balance into your home. Â
Watch your child grow in confidence and independence. You’ll learn how to gradually step back while helping your child build the skills they need to regulate, communicate, and advocate for themselves.

Hi, I’m Stuti.
I’m an occupational therapist with over 5 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and young adults. Through my work, I’ve supported many families navigating sensory differences, emotional regulation challenges, and behaviors that can feel confusing or overwhelming.
I’m passionate about helping parents better understand their child’s behavior and the underlying needs driving it. When parents gain clarity and the right tools, it becomes easier to respond with confidence, strengthen their relationship with their child, and create a calmer, more connected home.
My goal is to empower parents with practical strategies and insights so both they and their children can thrive.
